Dear Aunty Rowena.

I thought you might start to wonder what has happened to me, as it is a while since I last came for a haircut. I have moved with Mummy and Daddy to Cumbria, so we can all go for lots of walks.
 
Thank you for looking after me for the last few years. I hope mummy finds someone else as nice as you to cut my hair next time.

Dog Grooming

“Our four year old Standard Poodle ‘Charlie’ has always been nervous when taken to the vets or when being groomed. This was caused, we believe, by her being attacked by another dog when making her first visit to the vets as a puppy.

We have used three groomers to date, and you are the first that our dog has been happy to visit, and on her return, apart from looking absolutely marvelous, she is also calm and content. This is in stark contrast to previous groomers who have returned Charlie in a state of nervousness, and on one occasion so stressed that she needed medical treatment to calm her.

We strongly believe that your ‘whole’ approach has made the difference. You take the time to put Charlie at ease prior to having her fur cut and keep the atmosphere calm and friendly.
